The concept of the ether refers to a hypothetical medium that was once believed, by Einstein and Newton, to permeate all space, connecting everything.

The Ether was envisioned as an intangible conduit that had the capability of unifying the world, linking everyone and everything through a magnificent connecting force.

With Everything.

The Ether continues to intrigue even today, its existence associated with dark energy and dark matter. It is purported to constitute a significant (and awe-inspiring) 90% of our known universe, yet it remains invisible and evades direct detection.

Behavioural design is the key to influencing how people act and, consequently, how they feel. These feelings transform into impressions, which, with the right interventions, can escalate into emotions. Emotions serve as the fundamental catalyst for action, and it is through action alone, whether intrinsic or extrinsic, that objectives are achieved.

While it may sound complex, it's not. Our clients convey with their objectives and the context within which they are top be accomplished. We then craft a deliberate sequence of experiential events that bring those objectives to fruition. Though objectives may differ significantly, the process remains the same, whether we are improving a retail banking, cultivating a corporate culture, building brand capital, or elevating an airport experience. Ultimately (and cutting to the chase), when the design is deployed with experience in mind it directly impacts the bottom line to the upside.
